Pattern Making

Pattern Making

 We have experienced pattern makers that can help you with complex and creative styles. Pattern making is done manually but the end results are available in both manual or computer generated patterns. We can also work with your existing patterns both in alteration and grading sizes.

Grading

Grading

With the Modaris program from Lectra we can recreate an existing base size to different available sizes. The base size pattern is digitized into the system within Modaris to create the other sizes. A nest can then be printed on request for reference.

Marker Making

Marker Making

Lectra’s Diamino marker making software is used to create your production markers from the graded styles. A mini marker and estimates can be provided for evaluation before production commence. We can also provide sample kits and size sets in paper forms.

Cardboard Size Sets

Cardboard Size Sets

If production markers are not preferred then cardboard size sets can be provided to the clients that can be kept and used for future marker making. These cardboard size sets are cut manually to precision and there’s no extra charge involved. Other bureaus may charge an hourly rate for cutting but at Hitech Markers its all part of our services!

Digital Files

Digital Files

With globalization nowadays it is good to know that you can still have your patterns and markers done locally before sending them overseas for your offshore makers. These patterns and markers are available in different digital files like AAMA_DXF, ASTM_DXF, TIIP_DXF as well as Gerber format to enable cross-platform compatibility.
